How my brain tumor changed my perspective on happiness with Lawrence Lotze

Before being diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2019, Lawrence was chasing happiness in the form of money, success and fame. Once he received his diagnosis, everything changed, and he is using that motivation to empower people's lives freely.

In this episode, Lawrence and I chat about how he reframed his perspective of what happiness was, and how it ultimately led him to living a more fulfilling and present life.

On the episode, we get into:

  • Chasing money and a materialist version of success

  • How Lawrence’s life changed when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor

  • What COVID has taught us about relationships and happiness

  • Small and realistic mindset shifts to live a happier, more present life
